Une souscription est demandée aux artistes indépendants (ou artistes accompagnés par un professionnel) et labels résidents en Europe, Amérique du Nord ou Asie.

TERMS:
(*) African or South American artists still benefit from free application. Free application is not granted anymore to the artists based in the North (Europe, Asia and Northern America). A 20€ fee will be requested.
